Depending on the type of project and agreement, payments are made in advance or after the job has been done.
Usually, we will agree upon front payment to cover expenses of initial project setup and documentation analysis and tech documentation creation, and also planning.
After this, payments are made when the deliverable is completed, so you pay in installments as your project is getting completed in phases.
This way we manage to limit the number of changes in the project, and also, give you time to understand everything better and possible time to change your mind on certain pieces of the project and make changes per your demand.
We can proudly say that in the last 8 years we didn’t have a single refund request.
If by any chance we can’t agree to complete the project, we will also discuss a way of refund.
